Important Notice
We do not provide any cancellation facility. Since our slots are very limited, we do not offer any cancellation. Our time is already compact, and once a slot is booked, it is 100% confirmed.

At Balance with Janvi, we maintain a strict no-cancellation policy to ensure the highest quality of service for all our clients. Due to the limited availability of our Life coaching slots and the compact nature of our schedule, all bookings are considered final and confirmed.
2. No Cancellation Policy

We do not provide any cancellation facility under any circumstances. This policy applies to:
- All individual Life coaching sessions
- Group programs and workshops
- Package deals and multi-session bookings
2.2 Why This Policy Exists
Our no-cancellation policy is in place due to several important factors:
- Limited Availability: Our Life coaching slots are very limited and in high demand
- Time Management: Our schedule is already compact and carefully managed
- Quality Assurance: We dedicate specific time slots to each client for optimal results
- Fairness: This ensures equal opportunity for all clients seeking our services
3. Booking Confirmation
3.1 100% Confirmed Bookings
Once a slot is booked, it is 100% confirmed and cannot be changed. This means:
- Your appointment time is guaranteed and reserved exclusively for you
- We will be available at the exact time you've booked
- No other clients can book that time slot
- We prepare and plan for your specific session in advance
3.2 Commitment Required
By booking a session, you are making a firm commitment to attend at the scheduled time. We ask that you treat this commitment with the same importance as you would a medical appointment or important business meeting.
4. What This Means for You
4.1 Before Booking
Please ensure you can commit to the session time before making a booking:
- Check your calendar thoroughly for conflicts
- Consider travel time and preparation time needed
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection (for online sessions)
- Plan for any necessary childcare or work arrangements
- Set reminders and notifications for your appointment
4.2 On the Day of Your Session
On the day of your scheduled session, please be ready and available at least 5 minutes before your appointment time. This ensures we can start promptly and make the most of your valuable time together.
5. No Refunds or Credits
5.1 Payment Policy
Due to our no-cancellation policy, we do not offer:
- Refunds for missed or unattended sessions
- Session credits for future use
- Rescheduling to different time slots
- Partial refunds for any reason
- Compensation for client-initiated changes
5.2 Payment Confirmation
All payments are processed at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Your payment confirms your commitment to attend the scheduled session.
6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-cancellation policy, we understand that truly exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases:
- We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis
- Documentation may be required for consideration
- Any exceptions are at our sole discretion
- We cannot guarantee any accommodation
- Our standard policy remains in effect for all other situations
Note: We strongly encourage all clients to plan carefully and commit to their scheduled sessions, as exceptions are extremely rare and not guaranteed.
